Just wondering if anyone has even checked this blog site besides me since last week. I kind of hate to be the only one writing. It's kind of lonely here just writing to myself!!! So, if you would be so inclined to post something on this Bible Study blog, I would be thoroughly delighted!!!
So, besides begging............. how have I seen God this week? Well, my newly seeded grass is giving the ground a light shading of green in the last couple of days and I am just thrilled to see the grass growing before it turns cold again! God is good!!!!

Esther Bible Study-Week One
I am so excited to have this blog. Thank you Elizabeth for setting it up for our group. I have been so enjoying learning about the history of Esther and learning so much about myself, too. It really would be interesting to know more about Queen Vashti and her reasons for having a party seperate from her King husband. Was it because she disrespected him and wanted to do her own thing? Did he treat her badly to begin with? Or was she just a totally independent woman and wanted to have nothing to do with him telling her what to do? I sort of indentified a little too much with Queen Vashti in her independence. What does anyone else think?
